All of the poultry we offer is Free Range and/or pastured (on Western PA farms), providing a higher standard of living for the animals, a better diet, and ultimately higher quality, better tasting, and healthier meat.  All of the farmers that we work with use sustainable husbandry practices and strictly do not use growth hormones, antibiotics, or animal protein supplements in their feed.
We source the following varieties from local Western PA farmers:

Chicken - Whole  - roasters - year round

Duck - whole - seasonal

Pheasant - whole - seasonal

Quail - whole - year round

Turkey - whole - fresh: seasonal - frozen: year round
