All of the meats we offer come from farmers in the Western Pennsylvania region that practice sustainable husbandry by pasturing their animals, providing a healthier and happier life for the animal and a more nutritious and delicious cut of meat for you and me.  Each cut of meat we sell is processed and packed by a USDA inspected butcher here in Western PA.  Working closely with the farmer and the butchers processing the meat, we are able to provide custom cuts at your request.
We source the following varieties from local Western PA farmers:

Beef - various cuts - fresh and frozen - year round

Bison - various cuts - frozen - April - October

Elk - various cuts - frozen - year round

Goat - whole, various cuts - fresh and frozen - year round

Lamb - whole, various cuts - seasonal

Pork - whole, various cuts - fresh - year round
